At Starwizz Group, we strive to provide high-quality educational programs, career counseling services, and franchise opportunities. We value our customers and partners, and aim for your satisfaction with our services. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds will be provided for various services.


1. Educational Programs and Courses

A. Enrollment Fees

Enrollment fees for any course or program offered by Starwizz Group are generally non-refundable. However, under specific circumstances, partial refunds may be considered.

B. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Course Cancellation by Starwizz Group: If a course is canceled by Starwizz Group due to unforeseen circumstances, students are eligible for a full refund.
  • Withdrawal Before Course Commencement: If a student withdraws from a course before the start date, they may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50%), depending on the time of withdrawal and the course policy.
  • Failure to Meet Eligibility: If a student fails to meet the eligibility requirements for a course or program after enrolling, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

C. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

  • After Course Commencement: Once a course has started, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including withdrawal, dissatisfaction, or inability to complete the course.
  • Online Courses: Fees for online programs and courses are non-refundable once access to course materials has been provided.
  • Incomplete or Unused Services: Refunds will not be granted for services that are unused, partially completed, or where the student has not fully participated.

2. Franchise and Business Services

A. Franchise Fees

Franchise fees paid to Starwizz Group are non-refundable once the franchise agreement is signed and the onboarding process has commenced. This includes any initial setup, training, or administrative costs.

B. Exceptional Circumstances

In the event that Starwizz Group is unable to deliver its franchise services or business support due to reasons beyond our control, we may review the situation on a case-by-case basis. However, refunds for franchise fees will be rare and are subject to the discretion of Starwizz Group management.


3. Payment Disputes

A. Duplicate Payment

In cases where a duplicate payment is made for a course, service, or franchise fee, the excess amount will be refunded in full upon verification of the payment records.

B. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must submit a formal refund request by contacting Starwizz Group via:

  • Full name and contact details.
  • Date of enrollment/purchase.
  • Program, service, or franchise details.
  • Reason for the refund request. Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days after approval.

4. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase. Depending on the payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.), it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.


5. Changes to the Refund Policy

Starwizz Group reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review the policy periodically for updates.
